Seattle has one open spot, which paves the way for Earl Thomas to be activated in time for the team’s regular season opener against the Denver Broncos.NFL rules state that the Seahawks must active ETIII by 1 PM PT on Saturday in order for him to be eligible to play on Sunday. Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said that Earl is a game-day decision as far as whether or not he’ll be on the field for Week 1.
