Verrett has had some serious injury issues. He also has enormous amount of talent. Verrett’s lone year as a starter he made the Pro Bowl. He had a 60% success rate that year. That was back when Darrelle Revis was still Revis. His success rate that year? 61%. So yeah, Verrett can play.Hopefully with a fresh start, Verrett is able to move past the troubled injury past. He’s a great person and a guy that teammates love. He’ll be easy to root for when you get a chance to watch him play. It’ll be interesting to see how the 49ers plan on using him. The Chargers started him out in the slot. It wasn’t long before he was following Antonio Brown around. This was in his first true year in the NFL. That tells you the type of talent he is. The Niners have just two interceptions and haven’t forced a turnover in the last three games.HOUSE OF HORRORSPlaying in Seattle has led only to disappointment for the 49ers in recent years.
